That depends on the fare, so the agent explains the airline's change and cancellation rules before you pay. Later, contact the same team: the airline's charges and any fee of ours are stated before anything is done.

For flights to and from the USA, US rules entitle you to a full refund if you decline the alternative the airline offers. Contact us with your booking reference and we handle the rebooking or refund request.

Not automatically: the rule binds airlines selling directly. What you can cancel depends on the fare rules and our terms, which the quote states before you pay.

We submit the refund request as soon as you ask. The airline returns the money to the original payment method; our refund policy explains how the amount is worked out and the usual timings.
